We are looking for a Key Account Manager in Germany
Are you a person who wants to be in the front seat when it comes to developing and managing business and loves building relationships with our Customers?
We offer you a very exciting role as a Key Account Manager at WirelessCar's newly established site in Munich, Germany. This is for you who enjoy having responsibility for current ongoing businesses, but it is even more important that you will contribute to developing our future business. You will do that by gaining deep understanding of our customers´ wanted market-positions and business strategies. Together with you, we will define our future digital services for sustainable mobility and be the leading company to support car manufacturers on a global scale.
We believe that you contribute with excellent communication and negotiation skills but also with deep knowledge of the digital services ecosystem, preferably within the automotive industry.

Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, communicate, and execute the Customer Plan, aligned with our strategy
- Pro-actively promote our value propositions and create strategic, tactic and operational value for the customer’s business and operations
- Identify, create, and drive new business opportunities for the customer
- Ensure and evolve strong relations with important customer stakeholders
- Responsible for all sales - retain, grow, and win business opportunities and proposals
- Responsible for all commercial agreements (including financial and legal aspects) with the customer
- Communicate customer demands internally
- Develop new business outside our customer
Who are you?
You have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions. You are a "people person" who is result-driven, has a strong customer focus, and highly developed business acumen. There is a clear agenda to grow with profitability and it is essential to have the interest to take an active part in this "change journey".
We believe that you bring
- Several years experience of working in an international environment, and a solid knowledge of digital solutions, preferably within the connected cars and mobility industry
- Analytical and structured approach and strong execution skills to achieve your own and the company's ambitious targets
- Genuine and strong ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams. We also see you contribute with the competences you gained from previous management positions
- Technical capability and understanding of software solutions with a focus on connected vehicles
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken is a plus

Way of working
In Germany we are in a start-up mode with great growth opportunities, supported by the global WirelessCar team with over twenty years of experience and with about 730+ people worldwide. On-site in Munich is a smaller team led by our VP Strategy & Product Management. You will travel to customers and have support from the entire WirelessCar team. You will work closely with the VP Sales & Marketing and be a part of the Key Account Management group.
