Role description:
As a Service Reliability Engineer, you ensure our solutions and services have high
availability and reliability by being responsible for the operational support including related processes 24x7. You and your team work closely together with the DevOps teams who develop and operate the services. Together with your team you play an important role enabling our DevOps teams to fully take their responsibility for the entire lifecycle of their services.

Team description:
The team is a Service Reliability Engineering Team with team members located in Beijing,
China. There is close collaboration with our other two SRE Teams in Sweden as well as theDevOps teams responsible for developing and operating their services, which are part of one or several solutions to one or several customers. The team is led by a Team Lead and works both with reactive service operation (support tickets from the OEM support organization) and proactive improvements. As a member of the team you are part of an OnCall rotation, OnCall duties are expected to be taken every 5 weeks.
Need to have:
• Service operations experience from 24x7 availability services
• ITIL experience (incident, problem, event)
• Customer support experience
• Fluent English skills, in both speech and writing
Nice to have:
• Agile methodologies
• AWS (or similar functionality from other cloud providers)
• Scripting and automation experience
• Observability (AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog or similar)

To organize our work at scale, we follow the SAFe agile framework and subscribe to the
Elite Software Performer philosophy of DevSecOps where each team is a self-contained
unit fully responsible for the assets they create. We have also implemented Continuous
Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies and build pipelines enabling
you to create features and functions that are available in Production rapidly and reliably.
