Are you passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences that solve real user problems? We are looking for a Product Designer to help shape how our products work from a user and experience perspective, ensuring solutions are valuable, user-centred, and aligned with business goals. Help us shape top solutions for electric vehicles!
About the Role
As a Product Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define and improve the end-to-end customer experience within your domain. You will use research, data, and user feedback to design solutions that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
Key Responsibilities
Strong domain understanding of map, route, and navigation experiences, including route quality, charging-aware navigation, rerouting behaviour, and the real-world constraints that shape EV driver journeys.
Strong understanding of the EV charging domain, including user needs, ecosystem actors, charging flows, and the operational constraints that shape product experience.
Define and evolve the user experience for digital products within your assigned domain.
Translate product goals and user needs into clear, intuitive, and effective experiences.
Conduct user research and analyse qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
Create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other design artifacts.
Plan and facilitate usability testing and other validation activities to ensure design quality.
Identify usability issues, recommend improvements, and validate proposed solutions.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.
Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders. Product Designer helps the team make better decisions, not only produce artifacts.
Deliver production-ready specifications, assets, and prototypes to support implementation.
Contribute to a user-centred product vision and continuously improve the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Experience designing platform-, service-, and ecosystem-based products is highly relevant. The role includes working with complex flows across vehicle, app, backend, partner systems, consent, and operational edge cases.

Experience working in cross-functional product teams alongside Product Management and Engineering.
Strong understanding of user-centred design methodologies and research techniques.
Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.

Success in This Role
The Product Designer helps the team make better product decisions by turning research and evidence into clear, actionable design direction.
