About the Role
We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer who enjoys delivering high-quality IT services and creating an outstanding digital workplace experience. You will play a key role in supporting our expanding operations in India by providing reliable onsite IT support while collaborating with global teams to ensure secure, stable, and efficient workplace services.
You combine strong technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset, take ownership of operational excellence, and continuously look for ways to improve processes and the employee experience.
Here's what you'll focus on:
Deliver high-quality onsite IT support for workplace technologies and end-user services.
Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Administer IT assets throughout their life-cycle, including deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
Support conference room technologies, office IT infrastructure, and workplace services.
Manage key card administration and other local workplace IT operations.
Collaborate with global Digital Workplace teams, Infrastructure, Security, HR, and external suppliers.
Ensure compliance with global Digital Workplace standards, security policies, and operational processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and employee productivity.
Build strong relationships with local and international stakeholders while supporting a growing global organization.

As an IT Operations Engineer, you proactively identify opportunities to improve services, contribute to operational excellence, and ensure reliable Digital Workplace support for employees. You are comfortable balancing local business needs with global standards and security requirements, while continuously expanding your technical knowledge. With a structured and solution-oriented approach, you deliver reliable IT services, maintain operational stability, and help create a productive workplace experience for colleagues across the organization.
Additional Required Competencies
2–5 years of professional experience in IT Operations, End User Computing, or Digital Workplace support.
Experience providing onsite end-user IT support in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.
Experience administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Teams.
Experience managing hardware deployment, asset life-cycle management, on-boarding, and off-boarding.
Knowledge of IT Service Management practices and ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar.
Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working within international organizations and collaborating with distributed teams.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Business-proficient English, both spoken and written.
Beneficial Competencies
Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms or AV solutions.
Microsoft Defender administration.
PowerShell scripting and automation.
Apple macOS and iOS support.
Device compliance and endpoint security.
Experience as an Application Owner or Service Owner.
Experience administering enterprise platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft
Azure, HubSpot, Miro, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Endpoint Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent).
Experience participating in office expansion or IT infrastructure projects.
Experience collaborating with global teams and external suppliers.
