About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong servant leadership mindset who enjoys working with teams and helping them reach the next level.

Here’s What You’ll Focus On

Your daily work will include:

• Facilitating Agile events, including PI and sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, as well as team innovation activities.

• Establishing execution plans tailored to team and business needs.

• Coaching and mentoring team members in Agile and Scrum practices and principles.

• Collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.

• Taking direct ownership of defining and prioritizing specific feature sets for the team.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments.

• Partnering with internal stakeholders and external clients to take ownership of continuous project progress.

• Resolving high-level blockers and providing transparent updates to ensure seamless collaboration between local and overseas teams.

• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.

• Performing hands-on technical work when necessary, with a focus on quality control and in-depth problem analysis.

• Providing technical insights and recommendations to mitigate delivery risks.

• Remaining flexible in supporting additional delivery initiatives and tasks based on changing business needs and leadership guidance.

We Believe That You Bring

You are a strong and self-motivated communicator and doer who is driven by results.

You have experience with SAFe and apply a servant leadership approach in your work. You also have experience working in an IT environment and have worked as a Scrum Master for a couple of years with different teams and in a variety of situations.

You also bring:

• An academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.

• A servant leadership mindset.

Additional Required Competencies

• A strong foundation in traditional IT delivery environments. Candidates who also have modern DevOps experience and practical involvement in delivering cloud solutions are strongly preferred.

• Practical experience with Scrum and Agile processes. Recognizing the realities of project execution, a flexible approach that combines Agile principles with traditional IT management or DevOps workflows is highly valued.

• A modern, forward-thinking mindset and a willingness to embrace contemporary and innovative working practices will be considered a strong competitive advantage.

• Working experience with, or familiarity with, SAFe methodologies is highly advantageous.

• A strong servant leadership mindset, together with exceptional negotiation, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.

• A high degree of patience and interpersonal adaptability, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across a wide range of experience levels, technical backgrounds, and learning curves.

• Strong teaching, mentoring, and coaching abilities, with the ability to guide and support teams through evolving processes and help them adapt to new ways of working.

• Hands-on experience with core project management and collaboration ecosystems, such as Jira and Confluence.

• Proficiency with modern visualization, diagramming, and presentation tools to communicate complex solutions effectively and support stakeholder alignment.

• Domain knowledge or practical experience in the automotive industry, as well as exposure to Internet of Things ecosystems, is strongly preferred.

• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
