What led you to WirelessCar? First off, it’s a cool line of business and also paired with an interesting technological challenge: large-scale backend solutions serving many clients with a lot of traffic. I really like the general area that WirelessCar works in - digital services for connected vehicles.

What are the advantages of working here?You are encouraged to improve and try new things that make our deliveries faster, more reliable and more economical. We work with life cycle management so we constantly maintain what is being built. A lot of emphasis is put on security and quality, and it really shows in our deliveries.

What have you learned along the way?You have the mandate and freedom to do what you think is best and it creates conditions for success. It's an inclusive atmosphere where people take responsibility and everyone wants to do a good job.

What do you think about Wireless Car's journey?A very professional company! I feel that things are not left to chance but are thoroughly addressed, with a constant aim to get better. I am also impressed by how much is being delivered; problems are not dodged because it’s hard to address them.

What do you think makes WirelessCar unique?Our experience in building large-scale backend solutions for the automotive industry – both in terms of what to do but also how to do it. This goes both from a technological aspect and also from a way-of-working aspect.Do you believe in the future of the company? And in that case why?Yes! The digitalization of the automotive industry will continue and increase. It is apparent that we are really good at what we do – both from a technical point of view but also with domain knowledge about what to do.
