One of the things I appreciate and that I believe makes WirelessCar unique, is that we are given enough freedom to lead and influence our work daily.

From a technical perspective, the fact that you can choose your work setup, and that you work with the latest technologies to develop customer services, is a big advantage. The people, new technologies, and exciting projects I work on, really motivate me to do my best and at times to go beyond myself.

I like that I get the freedom to lead my own work. I also feel like I have time to come up with new ideas and develop them. We always have a mandate to say that it will not be good and to decide below the surface what it should look like. You are in charge of what you build and how you operate your service. To be a part of our journey and influence how it will turn out is interesting and rewarding.

In the company, I've been free to try different paths during my software engineering journey. This helps me to design my career plans.

Working with latest cloud technologies is both fun and beneficial for me as developer. An infinite number of things to learn, getting a chance to take on different responsibilities, and the possibility to work with world-leading car brands. There is also a sense of freedom in being in a self-empowered team.

What I like most with WirelessCar is that you don't find those thick red lines in the company. You are respected and valued as a human.
